Refund Policy

Chessbae is a digital subscription product. You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. After cancellation, your premium access remains active until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
General refund rule
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once processed, and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period. This helps us keep pricing simple and low for all users.
When we may issue a refund
We will review refund requests for duplicate charges, accidental billing errors, or cases where a technical issue prevents access to paid features and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time. We will also provide refunds where required by applicable law.
How to request a refund
Email support@chessbae.com with the email address on your Chessbae account, the charge date, and a short explanation of the issue. Refund requests are reviewed case by case.
Payment processor support
If your payment is processed by a merchant of record or payment provider, refund handling may also be subject to that provider's buyer support process and terms.
